Process of Inspection on Fish and Fishery Products for Domestic Market

Submission of inspection application (by purchasing institution)→Applicatin acceptance (relevant regional office of the NFQS)→Organoleptic inspection(shape, color, status of sorting, temperature, foreign materials, etc.),Laboratory inspection(Total Plate Count, E-coli, heavy metals, antibiotics, etc.)→Result→Pass(→Sanitary certificate),Fail(→Order mayors or county govermors to destroy or prohibit for sale)
