  • Writing declaration form for traveler’s hand-carry items (customs law enforcement rules attached Form 42 and 43)
  • Writing quarantine report for imported aquatic organisms of hand-carry item
  • Verbal declaration to aquatic organism quarantine officer

Quarantine decision
  • Pass: Mark the result of quarantine on the target of hand-carry item in accordance with enforcement rule attached table 4
  • Fail: Return, incineration, or bury
